Free family friendly festival. ROC Park, 200 Rex Pl., Madeira Beach. Free concert Friday evening with live entertainment throughout the event. Sunday, November 10 – Chowder Challenge

1 – 5 pm. $15 presale, $20 day of / children 12 and under free with adult ticket. Horan Park, 7701 Boca Ciega Dr., St. Pete Beach. Twenty competitors vie for the title of People’s Choice and woo the celebrity judges with unique and tradition versions of Chowder. Tickets include tastings of each chowder, voting rights, live music and a military induction ceremony in honor of Veteran’s Day. Huge array of raffle prizes and silent auction items.
